Dylan is the heart of the operation — experienced, approachable, and passionate about great meat.
From a young age, Dylan’s love for hunting and fishing shaped his path. That passion naturally led him into butchery — a craft he’s honed for over nine years. He still spends his weekends out in the bush or on the water, and it’s that same appreciation for quality that carries through to every cut he makes.
Dylan was recognised early in his career, being awarded Apprentice Butcher of the Year – Upper North Island, and he continues to bring that standard to everything he does.
From classic cuts to custom batches of sausages and salamis, Dylan oversees every job with care and consistency — no shortcuts, just top-quality results.

Quality You Can Taste
We take pride in traditional butchery with modern attention to detail. All prime cuts are vacuum packed (excluding mince, which comes in easy-to-use 500g tubes), bagged and film-wrapped for quality and convenience. You’ll notice the difference — from our knife to your freezer.
Award-Winning Sausages
We’re proud to have earned a Gold Medal at the Dunninghams Great NZ Sausage Awards for our Venison Spanish Chorizo. Our small-batch sausages are packed with bold flavours and top ingredients — including Merlot & Cracked Pepper, English Mustard, and Tomato & Basil Mushroom. There’s something to suit every taste.
